二 | 项目由三明市供销投资集团有限责任公司和沙县夏茂供销合作社作为委托人联合出资，兴业国际信托有限公司作为受托管理人，沙县区森林资源收储管理有限公司则作为项目融资方，三方通过信托机制将沉睡的零散森林资源转化为可计算、可流转、可投资的标准化金融资产，促进林票制度与现代金融体系深度融合。    2023年11月，全国首单林业生物资产票据——“林票2.0”在沙县落地，从此林票正式登上产权交易中心平台，实现了跨主体、市场化流通，林农手中的股权凭证真正变成了可交易、可增值的资产。

三 |     “这次签约打破了林票融资长期依赖传统银行信贷的单一格局，创新了‘社会资本进山入林’的直接融资渠道，让‘林票2.0’流通起来，成为‘盘活万重山’的新工具。”兴业国际信托有限公司相关业务负责人介绍，传统信托业务底层资产多集中于债权、不动产、股权等品类，本次业务拓展信托可投绿色资产边界，创新将“林票2.0”纳入信托底层资产池，丰富了绿色信托资产投向。

四 | 同时，针对沙县区森林资源收储管理有限公司在林地经营、森林抚育方面存在的资源整合周期长、资金周转压力大的经营现状，本次业务以“林票2.0”作为投资标的，为企业森林抚育运营补充营运资金。

五 |     “该项目为今后更多资本参与林业绿色项目提供了合规、清晰的投资路径，也为全国林业绿色金融创新提供了可复制、可推广的示范经验。”福建沙县农村产权交易中心交易部经理詹光丹表示，得益于本次签约，福建沙县农村产权交易中心成为全国为数不多的拥有信托资金参与的专业交易场所，为后续信托资金批量化、常态化参与“林票2.0”挂牌交易奠定了坚实基础。
