Over the same period, 29,700 births and 50,100 deaths resulted in a natural decrease of 20,400 people.    Of the total population, 7.25 million were usual residents, while 265,500 were mobile residents.    A spokesperson for the Hong Kong SAR government said measures to attract talent and import workers continued to draw people from around the world, helping to offset the natural population decline.    (By Intern Yang Hongran, Zhang Dongfang)                    。
